Outside of Los Angeles, New York City must have the most attorneys in the USA.
Why hasn't one of them filed a class action lawsuit against Bloomberg for thumbing his nose at the term limits law that was approved by the voters not once once but twice?

Christopher: Several lawsuits have been file. Most have been thrown out, but at least one or two are still pending in the courts.
