Strict regulations around guns can save so many tragedies.
A year ago in western Massachusetts, a 9 year old boy was killed when the machine gun he was using backfired on him. The range where it happened allows any warm body off the street to come in and rent a machine gun. The child was unsupervised, while his father took pictures.
