Hat tip to Black Woman Thinks
I should note that most of this I've seen from other sources, some of it from Mormon missionaries who visited my parents' home when I was a kid. What should anyone expect from a religion that was plagiarized from science fiction?
The irony is that Mormonism would be quite funny and entertaining if not for its incredibly hateful and bigoted ideology.

I laugh every time I see this, then I get sad because there are so many people who believe this shit.
My favorite line is the one about "endless celestial sex!" Sign me up!
*shakes head* This is unbelievably crazy. And for the record, if there is only one man to a gazillion woman, how is she getting her celestial sex? Does being gay become legal if you are celestial?
Religions need to have a caring muzzle put on them.
"A caring muzzle"--LOL!
When do the X-Men and the Super Friends show up? I never saw this on Saturday mornings!
So the lunatic Mormons are a lot like the Scientologists?
Their whole shtick is based on sci-fi?
GLH, BTW, I have a link to a story about a Catholic priest in South Carolina who instructed his flock not to take communion if they voted for Barack Obama because he's pro-choice.
You can't make this shit up.
dr. monkey: Laughing is better than getting sad in my book.
riverwolf: It's endless celestial straight sex. Sorry.
steadycat: I don't think that charlatan Joey Smith really cared about women's sexual fulfillment. I think the celestial women should rebel.
jimmy: They don't use this cartoon on Sunday mornings because Mormonism isn't as realistic as the XMen and Super Friends.
christopher: The sci fi plagiarism is why the Mormon mythology has some entertainment value. My blog buddy at Ten Percent noted the similarities between Scientology and Mormonism too, with Mormonism being the older, more established one.
I heard about that nutty priest. When priests get extra self righteous like that, I think parents should be extra careful when their kids are around the "holy fathers." It sounds like they are trying just a bit too hard.
Thank you for posting this...I needed a really good laugh. The old school animation just sealed the deal. Reminded me of He-Man, except less believable.
Thank God (So to speak) for cartoons teaching us about American cult religions.
Special thanks to South Park for the hilarious episodes on Scientology and Mormonism. Dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb.
Amusing how all you bigoted f@#$-tards who claim to be so "persecuted" are the first to cast malicious and judgmental prejudices on people you don't even know. And are willing to believe shit like this from people obviously disgruntled at the religion they neither understand nor believe in.
God bless America!!!
Incidentally, you might as well pull your disclaimer, "heterosexist, racist, misogynistic or otherwise bigoted comments are subject to deletion" .. if you're not going to include religious persecution in there.
Good hell, I've seen it all. And here I thought coming to your blog you'd be different.
Skowronek's rant offers a teaching moment. S/he is using a rhetorical ploy which was invented by the Ku Klux Klan and popularized by other Christian Right hate groups. The claim is that it is bigoted to speak out against bigotry.
It is interesting how it has spread to a non-Christian religious group like the Mormons.
